I have an older house and had several windows replaced around March 2025. Sedrick Augustus had a great sales pitch going over their effectiveness and benefits, the windows were priced competitively, and the windows are easy to use and the built-in screens are effective. The installation went very smoothly - the installers were a little delayed due to their first project running late, but it was no issue and the team worked hard and stayed late to get it done. They did a great job moving our furniture out of the way and back in place, installed the windows quickly and professionally, and did a fantastic job cleaning up the interior and exterior of the house when they were done. Overall my husband and I were very satisfied with the product and the team we worked with - both the service and product quality are exceptional. My energy usage has dropped since the windows were installed, and in the summer months when it gets in the 90s and 100s it has dropped by up to a third compared to the last two years. I'm definitely seeing the benefits and very happy I got these done. I'm looking forward to working with Windows USA on replacing my remaining windows in the future.

I love Windows World! I have had my windows these windows for over 15 years. The house is so much warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer since I have (ad them. The warranty is good for as long as I own my home. Recently, one of the seals in my 7’ window had a problem. I reported it to Windows World and they fixed the issue promptly. No hassles, no money due and no problem. I love them so much I had additional windows put in my attic.

These guys are great! They were very punctual and to the point. They were also very helpful and informative, even about the things I did not know about or ask about. But, as a wise man once said, "applied" and/ or "shared" knowledge is power. This shows the level of transparency this company has and operates day-to-day. If you need windows or sliding glass doors, give Windows USA the opportunity to give you their sales presentation, or for the serious types, have them measure and give you a price. Either way you won't be disappointed.

The windows and sliding glass door look amazing. The guy that came out to measure and install them was great. The guy that came out for the first time to show us the windows was polite. Setting up the appointment to come out for the installation was easy. The reason for only four stars: I almost just made it three stars but I was finally able to have help from an employee. So I had a person refer us to this company. Their policy is when someone refers you they get $100. Also I found out later that on the first visit we were supposed to be given a $100 gift card. We were never given the gift card. I had to ask on three different occasions to please send the $100 for the referral. I was told somebody will call me back and no one ever did regarding that. I later received a call asking if I could refer 20 people that owned homes and we would get a $375 check. I told them no because the person that referred us never got their $100 referral check. So this employee really went out of her way and made that happen. She also checked and said that we would get our initial $100 check in the mail soon. We have not seen that as of today maybe next week. This company heavily markets. It does make me feel a bit overwhelmed about the pressure to give them 15 to 20 names of homeowners that I know so they can call them. I don't feel comfortable just giving out names and phone numbers of people that I know without them knowing that I'm doing that. We don't mind telling people that this company does a wonderful job with the windows.

The salesman was very knowledgeable about the windows and was able to answer all of my questions about replacing my windows that were over 100 years old. The installer was the best; professional, prompt, and did an amazing job of installing all of my windows and made sure they were all working before he left. The windows look great and it is so nice to be able to open all of my windows now.

Our windows look and work great! Installation was quick (17) windows and they cleaned up very well. Didn’t like that I couldn’t pay for the windows after installation but was pushed over to a finance company instead. We paid the windows off as soon as we got any info on the company. That did leave a sour end to our interaction with Windows USA
