They bring a full sample kit so you can see and handle the windows, measure every opening exactly so your windows can be built to fit, and give you a factory-direct price for the job. Your windows are not pulled off a shelf. Each one is custom-built in our Arkansas manufacturing facility to the measurements taken at your home, so there is a build period between your order and installation day. Your representative will give you the current timeline for your order when you place it.

Yes. The Windows USA lifetime limited warranty† includes transferable coverage, so the protection carries to the next owner rather than ending when you move. The exact terms are in the warranty documents on our brochures and warranties page.

Yes, on a qualifying quote. If within 30 days of your signed contract you receive a lower total installed price from a licensed and insured window replacement company, for windows of comparable specifications — including frame material, glass package, energy ratings, and installation scope — Windows USA will match it. The quote has to be in writing, verifiable, and for the same number and style of windows at the same address. Closeout, discontinued, and liquidation pricing don't qualify. Yes, financing options§ are available for qualified buyers, subject to credit approval. The financing provider, amount, and rates will vary based on your income and creditworthiness, so your representative reviews what you qualify for during the free in-home estimate. Yes. Components, manufacturing, and final assembly are all done in the United States, at our own facility in Arkansas — we are Made in USA Certified. That also means the company that builds your windows is the company that warrants them. Read more about our American-made windows.

Several things working together: Cardinal Low-E 366 glass with a triple-layer coating that reflects heat, argon gas between the panes, Intercept® Ultra spacers that keep the insulated unit airtight, and multi-chambered vinyl frames that resist thermal transfer. Virgin vinyl is PVC extruded from brand-new resin, never from recycled or reground scrap. Recycled vinyl mixes formulations of unknown age and quality, so color, strength, and UV protection can vary from one piece to the next, and it is more likely to yellow, turn brittle, or warp. Starting from new material means every frame gets the same formulation, with its UV inhibitors mixed evenly all the way through.

They help. Two sealed panes with argon between them dampen sound coming from outside, and an airtight seal leaves fewer gaps for noise to travel through than a tired single-pane or poorly sealed window. Traffic, aircraft, and neighborhood noise are noticeably softened, though no residential window eliminates sound entirely.
