I have an older house and had several windows replaced around March 2025. Sedrick Augustus had a great sales pitch going over their effectiveness and benefits, the windows were priced competitively, and the windows are easy to use and the built-in screens are effective. The installation went very smoothly - the installers were a little delayed due to their first project running late, but it was no issue and the team worked hard and stayed late to get it done. They did a great job moving our furniture out of the way and back in place, installed the windows quickly and professionally, and did a fantastic job cleaning up the interior and exterior of the house when they were done. Overall my husband and I were very satisfied with the product and the team we worked with - both the service and product quality are exceptional. My energy usage has dropped since the windows were installed, and in the summer months when it gets in the 90s and 100s it has dropped by up to a third compared to the last two years. I'm definitely seeing the benefits and very happy I got these done. I'm looking forward to working with Windows USA on replacing my remaining windows in the future.

I love Windows World! I have had my windows these windows for over 15 years. The house is so much warmer in the winter and cooler in the summer since I have (ad them. The warranty is good for as long as I own my home. Recently, one of the seals in my 7’ window had a problem. I reported it to Windows World and they fixed the issue promptly. No hassles, no money due and no problem. I love them so much I had additional windows put in my attic.
