Full Job Description

We are actively hiring highly motivated and energetic marketing specialists who have a passion for people. To carry out this role, the Referral Marketing Specialist needs exemplary interpersonal skills to build a rapport with contacts.

The Referral Marketing Specialist is an outbound call center position responsible for prospecting, qualifying, and generating referrals from our existing customer base. This individual will reach out to our customers who have shown a high level of interest in the Windows USA referral program. This position will also be responsible for data entry and the integrity of customer data.

Windows USA is an innovative leader in the design, manufacturing, sales, and installation process of premium quality windows and doors for remodeling and replacement applications. Windows USA is known for its history of innovation, making outstanding products, providing quality service, and delivering outstanding customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Build and cultivate prospect relationships by initiating phone communications and conducting follow-ups to move opportunities through the sales funnel.
• Referral Marketing Specialists must be organized and can handle multiple calls.
• Clearly communicate program descriptions and accurately record qualifying questions.

• In person role in Irving, TX office.
• Multiple shifts available. (8 hour, day shift, evening shift)
